Pilates
My teaching emerges from a deep curiosity about the human body and a desire to help people live more embodied and expressive lives.
As a Pilates teacher, I bring attention to detail and a focus on helping people sense greater nuance in their movement. My approach is rooted in the belief that developing awareness and understanding of one’s own body can be a powerful step toward healing, strength, and self-agency.
I’ve been teaching Pilates since 2010. I am a certified STOTT Pilates instructor, and I’ve complemented this foundation with ongoing study in somatic practices, as well as a focused exploration of specific pathologies, injuries, and chronic conditions. I specialize in supporting people recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions, helping them rebuild movement patterns with care, clarity, and confidence.
In addition to private sessions and live classes, I also offer a growing virtual library of on-demand Pilates classes. This collection includes therapeutic sequences, foundational practices, and more dynamic classes — all designed to support your movement journey at your own pace, wherever you are.
Conditions and Pathologies I specialize in:
acute injury and chronic pain rehabilitation
neck pain, headaches and migraines caused by tension
pre/post-natal pilates & diastasis recti and pelvic floor rehabilitation
back pain & disc pathologies
osteopenia & osteoporosis
hypermobility and EDS
strength training & cross training for dancers, cyclists, runners, and other movers

This is a 55-minute class that utilizes the Pilates Reformer Equipment. We will work with the proprioceptive feedback and resistance the reformer provides to gain strength, mobility and balance in various types of motion.
Check out My Library of pre-recorded virtual classes here
I offer one free class for beginners, and a monthly subscription for the entire class library is $25/month. Classes range from 20 minutes to one hour, and many require no equipment.
One-on-One Sessions in person and online
In these sessions we will cultivate ways to attend to your body through movement and self-massage. These sessions are ideal for someone currently dealing with specific challenges that may not be addressed in a group class setting. This includes injury recovery, management of chronic conditions, pre and post natal support, and those with specific training goals.
