Circuit 2

This Pilates circuit class blends Pilates-based exercises with a circuit-style format. While approachable for those new to circuit training, the class is designed to challenge both strength and endurance. In this circuit, we emphasize elasticity and a sense of rebound, while also focusing on ankle and foot mobility and stability. Some prior Pilates experience is recommended. No props needed. (35 minutes)
