Introduction to arm strengthening with a theraband

In this class, we use a theraband to strengthen the shoulders in a three-dimensional way. The session emphasizes shoulder biomechanics and intentional breathwork to help activate the shoulders and arms without overusing the neck. If you struggle with neck tension, this class offers a safe and effective way to build shoulder strength while minimizing strain and promoting better movement patterns.
